Tim Rose

Went to see Tim Rose of “Hey Joe” fame at a small venue in south London in January 2000 with my friend David Buckley, (the “West” in “East Meets West”, our then acoustic duo). Tim Rose played a wonderful set, I was so happy to hear n”Hey Joe ” live. He died 2 years later in `London. I should add that Billy Roberts wrote the song, or rather re-worked it from an old folk tune. Still, I think that Tim Rose did the song justice.
